These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Bosah Partners website, forms, communications, and insurance brokerage services. By using our website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Texas Insurance Disclosure

Bosah Partners is an independent insurance brokerage licensed to conduct insurance business in the State of Texas. Bosah Partners is not an insurance carrier. Insurance coverage is offered through unaffiliated, third-party insurance companies authorized to do business in Texas.

All insurance products are subject to carrier underwriting guidelines, eligibility requirements, policy terms, exclusions, and limitations.

2. No Binding Authority

Unless expressly stated in writing, Bosah Partners does not have authority to bind insurance coverage on behalf of any insurance carrier. Coverage is not effective until confirmed and issued by the insurance carrier.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when requesting quotes or applying for insurance. Under Texas law, misrepresentation, concealment, or omission of material facts may result in policy rescission, denial of claims, or cancellation of coverage.

4. Quotes Are Not Guarantees

Insurance quotes are estimates only. Final premiums, coverage availability, and terms are determined by the insurance carrier at the time of underwriting and policy issuance.

5. Required Consumer Review

You are responsible for reviewing all policy documents, declarations pages, endorsements, exclusions, and notices upon receipt. If you have questions or identify discrepancies, you must notify Bosah Partners or the insurance carrier promptly.

6. Consent to Electronic Communication

By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications from Bosah Partners via phone, email, SMS, or electronic delivery, including insurance-related notices, policy information, and follow-up communications. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance.

7. Third-Party Carriers and Vendors

Bosah Partners may share your information with licensed insurance carriers, wholesalers, managing general agents (MGAs), and service providers for quoting, underwriting, and servicing purposes. Bosah Partners is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or decisions of insurance carriers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, Bosah Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including carrier coverage decisions or underwriting outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
